4. Payment Terms

5. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor warranties are provided as specified in individual project agreements. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms and are passed through to the customer to the extent permitted by the manufacturer. Warranties are voided by unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or acts of God.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sharp Edge Siding of Wesley Chapel's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or website. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Florida law.
